1. Introduction

By using Waitlista, you confirm your acceptance of and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date you first use the Waitlista application.

3. Unlimited Access Software License with Termination Rights

The Waitlista Software License grants users unrestricted and perpetual access to the full range of Waitlista functionalities through a single purchase. Designed for creators, entrepreneurs, and businesses, Waitlista empowers users to create custom waitlist pages and email capture forms for early customer engagement.

This license is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees. However, the licensor reserves the right to terminate the license at its discretion to maintain control over software distribution. Users acknowledge this termination right as part of their software access.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of Waitlista, purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.

5. Disclaimer

It is not guaranteed that Waitlista will meet all requirements or operate without interruption or error. Any implied warranties or conditions not specified in this Agreement (such as data loss, business interruption, or contract losses) are excluded and expressly disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Waitlista provides no warranty or guarantee regarding the software’s quality or fitness for any purpose. Waitlista is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses or damages (such as profit loss or data corruption) arising from software usage, regardless of whether due to negligence. In the event of liability, the amount shall not exceed what you have paid for Waitlista services. You release Waitlista from any further obligations beyond this limit.

7. User Responsibilities

Waitlista is not responsible for user-generated content or how it is used.

8. Price Adjustments

As Waitlista evolves and new features are added, pricing may increase. Discounts are provided to help customers lock in current prices ahead of future adjustments.

9. General Terms and Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Singapore. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and Waitlista through your use of these services. You agree not to present yourself as a representative, agent, or employee of Waitlista, and Waitlista will not be liable for your actions or representations.
